American-style base

The American-style base is the sturdiest in the range. Thicker and denser than a classic Italian base, with a fuller bite that gives the product itself a role in the end result.

That sturdiness is functional. A generously topped pizza with plenty of sauce, cheese and toppings will not sag on this base, not even after fifteen minutes in a delivery box. For casual dining and delivery that means a pizza that still looks the way it left the kitchen when it reaches the guest.
